How to Change the Order of Documents and Pages in Cleardox
in Cleardox, it is possible to change the order of documents as well as rearrange pages within a document or across different documents.
If you are a lawyer working on an legal binder or other document collection, you will often need to change the order of documents as they are created. The same applies to the order of pages within an appendix.
Changing the Order of Documents
If you have two or more documents in one case, you can change the order between them as follows:
- Navigate to the document icon in the upper left corner.
- Change the order by "dragging" the documents with your mouse.
Changing the Order of Pages Internally or Across Documents
If you need to change the order of pages within a document, for example, if page 1 and page 5 need to switch places, or if a page needs to be moved from one document to another, this is also possible.
- Navigate to "Organize Pages" at the top of the drop-down menu.
- Select the page or pages to be moved by highlighting them with your mouse.
- Drag them to the desired location.
