Can I Share my own Categories in Cleardox with Colleagues?

In this article, you will learn how to create your own anonymization categories and share them with colleagues

In Cleardox, we have made it even easier to ensure that data anonymization follows consistent guidelines across the organization.

With the latest feature in our anonymization and redaction software tool, you can now create and share your own categories, providing a more efficient and structured approach to handling sensitive information.

Create Your Own Anonymization Categories and Share Them with Colleagues

To make the anonymization process more flexible and tailored to your company’s needs, you can create your own categories with your own keywords and share them with the rest of the organization. This means you can define exactly what the category should search for and thus ultimately anonymized and pseudonymized and ensure that everyone in the organization follows the same standards.

Benefits of This Redaction Software Feature:

  • Efficient Collaboration: Share categories with colleagues to streamline anonymization.
  • Create Categories Once: Instead of each user setting up the same category, one user can create it for everyone.
  • Set Up Search Terms for All Users: The same user can add unique keywords the category should detect, and these will be shared with all users.
  • Easy Maintenance: That user can update the category by adding or removing search terms as needed.
  • Consistent Pseudonymization: Ensures all users follow the same guidelines for anonymizing content.
