How to Insert Exhibit Stamps in Cleardox

  1. Upload the documents that need exhibit stamps.
  2. Open Layout and Design from the left sidebar menu.
  3. Activate the toggle function.

Customizing Exhibit Stamps

With the exhibit function, you can insert logos, customize the logic depending on whether you are the party or the opposing party, choose where the exhibit numbering starts, and more.

Start by clicking edit, as shown in the figure below:

  • Insert your logo
  • Choose your own exhibit text
  • Select the sequencing logic (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C)
  • Choose where the sequence starts (Exhibit 10 or Exhibit C, etc.)
