How Do I Rearrange Pages in a Document with Cleardox?

Easily reorder pages within a document or move pages between documents using the Organize Pages module.


Why Rearrange Pages?

Sometimes documents need to be reorganized before they are finalized or shared. You may need to move a misplaced page, change the sequence of pages, or transfer one or more pages from one document to another.

With the Organize Pages module, you can quickly rearrange pages using a simple drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to keep your documents or legal binders structured exactly as you need them.

How to Rearrange Pages

  1. Open your document in Cleardox.
  2. Click Organize Pages from the menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select the page or pages you want to move by highlighting them with your mouse.
  4. Drag the selected page(s) to the desired position within the document, or drop them into another document if needed.
  5. Release the mouse button to place the pages in their new location.

Your changes are applied immediately, allowing you to continue working with your newly organized documents.
