Can I create templates for the front page in Cleardox?

In Cleardox it's easy for you to create frontpage templates, that you and your colleagues can all use to ensure a quick way to streamline your work.

Having shared front page templates available across your organization ensures consistency and professionalism in all documents. It reinforces your visual identity and makes it easy for team members to follow the company’s design and communication standards—without having to start from scratch each time.

Templates save time, reduce errors, and ensure that every document is presented in a way that reflects your brand and values—no matter who creates it.

Once you have created your front page, you then need to click on the 'Create page template' icon.

When you click this, a pop-up will show. Here you have to name the template and toggle the 'Share' button before you save.

Now the template will be available to all your colleagues using Cleardox.
